Behavioral Technician (BT) As a Behavioral Technician, your primary role is to provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients, following individualized treatment plans created by the supervising analyst. You will assist clients in acquiring new skills and reducing challenging behaviors by implementing various techniques and interventions. This may include using applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques, collecting data on client progress, reinforcing positive behaviors, and implementing behavior intervention plans.
Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT) The Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT), is a credentialed paraprofessional who works one-on-one with people receiving Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to implement their intervention plans., you will implement behavior analysis interventions, collect data, and support clients under the supervision of a BCBA. Help individuals achieve their goals and promote positive change with your expertise in applied behavior analysis.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and lead our team in providing high-quality behavior analysis services.
